what sling do you like for your 6+monther?

Now that it's finally nice enough to actually go anywhere, I'd like a sling to carry DD around when we go out. I *hate* carrying her around in the carseat because it is so heavy and my hands aren't free and I like being close to DD. We probably won't get around to buying one until April, so DD will be almost 6 months old.

any recs?? If it helps I'd prefer a front or side carrier and one that is gender neutral. Thanks!

ergo. I also use the peanut shell hip carry for when I'm taking the dog out.

I like our Maya wrap and we use the hip carry. I also like the Moby, but the hip carry doesn't feel as secure as the Maya wrap to me.?

I love you! your bio is just what I was looking for because there seems like so many choices. I really like the look of a sling..maybe like the hotsling or peanut shell, but the buckle carriers seem like they offer more back/shoulder support so I'm still unsure. Thank you

That'd be fun! I have NO mom friends..considering all of my friends are still really young. I have to put Josie to bed [finally..it's "only" 11:15pm] so I'll shoot you an e-mail tomorrow when I get a chance!

My Moby still works great for me. I use the hip carry a lot. If I could buy another one though, I would get an Ergo. I want one soooooo badly.
