what is the difference between charting and ov kits? is one better then the other?

    I would do both (granted I have yet to get a positive OPK).  The OPK tells you that you are possibly going to ovulate (helps with timing sex) and the charting confirms that you did ovulate.

    Check out my chart last month... I have a positive OPK that you can see was clearly confirmed by charting

    OPK predicts ovulation, BBT confirms it. They are just tools, you have to figure out what works best for you. I do both.

    Just buy this and read it.

    Nope that is why they are prediction kit ( not confirmation kits)
