At my appt today my doc strongly suggested that I start taking a DHA supplement to help aid in the brain and eye development of my baby. I already take a prenatal vitamin, but she recommended taking Expecta Lipil (I think that's what it's called), which is DHA. Does anyone take this one or any other DHA??

Re: Do you take DHA?
Ohh that's a good idea! Is it pretty easy to go down? I'm a big pill chicken...my prenatals are chewable, lol!?
I don't know. It's a softgel I think? I'm the type that takes pills without water all the time, so I don't even notice! Sorry!
AH! Ok, YOU can not give me pill advice then, lol!!!?

Here's a company that has DHA fortifed eggs--https://www.goldcirclefarms.com/buy.html
I take Expecta Lipil also - and be sure to check the inserts in the box - there is often a $2 off coupon for your next purchase!
Also, I take mine with milk, that way I get a serving of dairy in, and it helps coat my vitamin and DHA so I can swallow them easier.
