DPO or days before AF?

Which do you count in order to determine when to POAS?

I'm thinking DPO.

    That is a great question - kind of both really - because I am basing the number DPO I am by my OPK's.... and my AF date fluctuates each cycle by 1-3 days.... so what I think to myself is "when is the latest day AF would arrive?"  and then if she has not by that date, then I would test.  Does that makes sense??  So right now I believe I am 7dpo - and my cycle can be anywhere from 24-27 days.  So if by CD28 morning I have not seen any sign of AF, then I will test.  By then I would be 14dpo.
