Soo my friend is an idiot.

Just a vent...because my friend is an idiot.

I went to get my hair cut and highlighted last night.  My friend called to see how I was doing and to chit chat.  When I explained I would call her later as I was getting pampered at the salon she was like "Oh...you're just getting your hair cut right?" I laughed as I knew what was coming next.  I told her I was getting my highlights done and she was completely aghast!  She informed me how bad that is for the baby, and that she NEVER did anything other than cutting her hair when she was pregnant. 

I would just like to say she is so much better, and far more motherly than myself.  I am such a bad bad mommy for being selfish and getting highlights...I should be reported to CPS.  If only I could be like her and only cut my hair and smoke for my entire 9 months of my pregnancy and ultimately cause permanent respiratory problems in my child.  I am such a horrible person...how will I ever live up to her standards.

    I guess you could always pick up a pack of cigarettes!!!   Because, I know that highlights are much more dangerous than smoking and there are many benefits to smoking during pregnancy - I'm sure every kid wants to carry around a puffer, it is cool!   

    I hate when my sister gives me a hard time with anything to do with pregnancy - she smoke right through and her son (my wonderful, wonderful nephew!) has terrible asthma........

    You should add a tentacle to your u/s pic and then show it to her and in a very serious voice say "I think you were right about highlighting my hair"

    I should be reported first, I have been doing all over dye and highlights through out my whole pregnancy!

    You should have made a comment like "yes, but at least I don't smoke while pregnant, that would be a terrible thing to do".

    You selfish biitch!  How dare you not let your hilights grow out to halfway down your head so you can look like an idiot with brown hair on top and a line across your hair to where your hilights are.

    Yup...I am bad.  As a result of my vanity this baby is going to come out with the prettiest highlights ever...all due to my selfishness.

    Although this is finally my "Dumbest Pregnancy Comment" to date.
