  Hot tea and steam showers.  I take a hot wash cloth and place it on my face and massage my sinus cavities.

  I bought these things one time when I had a cold:

  They are called Shower Soothers and you take a hot shower and this little powder pellet sits on the floor of the shower and makes a nice mist of vapor that helps clear and soothe your sinuses. ?Maybe it would help your throat, too.

  ?Are you already using a humidifier/vaporizer? ?Sorry you feel bad. ?That sucks.?
