I'm not an avid poster, but I could use some support...

I mostly lurk but I know a lot of you are very supportive. I have been cramping all morning and when I went to the bathroom I am bleeding. I just called the dr. and talked to his nurse. She is going to pull my chart and talk to him and then call me back if they want me to come in. I had an u/s last week and we saw the heartbeat and the baby move so I wasn't as worried but now I'm freaking out. I'm at work and stepped out to call the dr office, but haven't called DH because when I do I will just be a sobbing mess. I could use as many prayers as I can get! Thank you all for your support whether you reply to this post or not.

I am so sorry you're going through this. I would call your DH asap because he needs to know whats going on. Also is the bleeding bright red? If it is, I would insist on going to see your dr today or go to the ER. I'm praying that you and your little one are ok. ((Hugs))

You are in my prayers. Try and relax until you are able to see your doctor. I know that is all easier said than done. Last weekend I had cramping in my back and very heavy bright red bleeding, but it ended up just being a fluke and our baby's heart was beating strong.They put me on pelvic rest until my next appointment. Hopefully you will have much of the same news.

I bled and cramped like that one day and I did NOT lose the baby. It was just a subchronic bleed. It is scary but it doesnt mean you are losing the baby.

Chance of miscarriage goes to less than 5% after you hear the heartbeat.

I will be praying for you. Hopefully the Dr can get you in for an emergancy ultrasound

Yes the bleeding is bright red. I'm hoping I don't have to go to the ER and the dr can see me today... It's a painful waiting game right now! Thanks for your support!!! It really does make a difference

I had bright red bleeding, alot of it, and cramping, and I now have a healthy 9 month old as a result of that pregnancy. Tell your boss you need to leave, and go home and rest and put your feet up. Have your favorite meal for dinner or something and just try to breathe until your appt. Spotting and/or bleeding does not always mean m/c.
