First, I think I've said this before, Love your mat pic and may steal the idea. I assume the belly band works like a girdle? And I know that it helps tighten the skin in the belly area that stretched during pregnancy. Many people wear different types. I'm originally from Nigeria, and my mom usually just wrapped cloth around the belly. But it helps your skin to snap back into place and not sag.
I looked into it because I thought it sounded interesting. It's a little pricey for my taste, especially since they suggest you purchase 2 so you can always have one to wear while the other is in the laundry.
Mine is in my hospital bag. I got the Belly Bandit brand which was way cheaper than Brooke Burke's Taut brand. I've heard nothing but good things about it in terms of helping your uterus and waist shrink back down, provide ab and back support as your body readjusts, etc.

I heard that you're not supposed to start wearing them for a couple weeks after delivery... I could be wrong though.

I found the website. It looks pretty good, I'll probably give it a try. I'm 35 weeks so, I'm going to measure now. Good luck!
