Zero. I keep telling my boss to be prepared for me to go into labor in the office. In NY state, we only get 12 weeks total maternity leave, so I'm not wasting one day before the baby is born!
Zero. I'll do the same thing I did with DD and work until I go into labor. I don't have the extra PTO to spare and if I'm going to be huge and uncomfortable, might as well be so while working and making some money versus being bored at home and focusing more on my discomfort.
Well, I work in education, so my maternity leave will start after summer school is over at the end of June and I'm due July 28th. And in June I'll only be working half days because summer school is only from 8-noon. Thank goodness I won't have to decide when to stop working. I am looking forward to having that last month off to prep for baby! I'm not going back until the end of October, maybe Nov 1.
I was hopeing to work close to the end, however my little baby had a different idea....
I am off now on sick leave, I get 15 weeks of that, then I get 15 weeks maternity leave & then I get 35 weeks paternal leave so I get 65 weeks total starting now, thanks to my complicated pregnancy, I will be off till June 2010 with soem pay & can take another year without pay after.

Planning on working up until I deliver too... I only get 6 weeks disability (8 if I happen to need a c-section) and then I'll only have about 2 to 3 weeks of PTO saved up on top of tha. I don't want to waste any time that I could be spending with the baby!
With DD, I worked up until three days before I had her. I just couldn't physically do it anymore. With this pregnancy, I am hoping to work up until the week before my due date.
I plan on working until I go into labor basically unless some complications arise or soemthing. I have to use all of my sick and vaca time for maternity leave which basically means I will get half my normal salary while I am gone for the 12 weeks so I am all about working as long as I can to make more money.
I'm working full-time through 6/5, part time for 2 weeks, and my last day in the office then is 6/19. My EDD (for now) is 6/28.
6/19 is just the end of a pay period, and my boss really stressed how tired his wife was working full-time till the week before her EDD with their DS#1, so I figured I'd take the week to enjoy the quiet time at home to myself -- it will be beautiful weather by then, and I can sit on the balcony, enjoy the sunshine, and rest and get laundry done before the baby comes.
Of course, he could come even sooner. He's measuring quite large and ahead, and I was born 3 days late, and MIL doesn't remember if DH was early or late, BUT everyone else in my family has come 2-3 weeks early (except my mom was born ON her due date), so I have NO idea what to expect!
I am hoping to work as close to my due date as possible. The baby may have other plans, but I am still hoping for the best. I am taking 12 weeks so I would love for it to be time well spent.

Im done on July 3rd. Im not coming back, although I will try to find a part time job in Oct/Nov. I cant wait until Im done.......It is not comming soon enough I hate my job!!!!!!
Since I will not be returning after the baby is born my DH and I decided it would be nice to take a couple months off before the baby actually gets here. I am starting my maternity leave/resigning on July 2nd and the baby will get here in mid-September. We have a big family vacation in July I wont get paid for anyways so we thought I would leave a little earlier and have the summer to relax.
I teach, so I get my 2 months of summer vacation before the baby is due. My last day of work is June 30 and the baby is due August 30. We couldn't have planned it better!! Then I get a year off for maternity leave, I can't wait!!
My EDD falls on a Tuesday so I plan on working the full week before that and then I'll go on leave. That will (hopefully) give me about three days to chill out before I go into labor!!

I plan on at least 2 weeks before my EDD. Last time I had to go out 1 month before because I got food poisoning and I was very dehydrated. I had to go on an IV for like 6 hours. It was horrible. If all goes well, August 7th will be my last day.

That's why I wish I lived in Canada - love their leave policies.
I'll be 'working from home' starting at 38 weeks, but it won't count against my maternity leave or accrued PTO.

up until I pop unless we schedule something in which case I'd like to have a day or two to get things ready.
