Is it safe to take airborne while breastfeeding?

Because Im just that lucky my sick bos has decided to work this week. How nice of him. My Ob office hasnt opened yet and I want to take airborne today to try and beat getting his illness. Thanks.

    Airborne is vitamin C so I think it should be fine. I took it when I was pregnant.

    I took it while pumping. The nurses at DS's NICU said it was fine. I'd probably ask your dr though - just to be sure!

    I had actually heard not to take it while pregnant, so I probably wouldn't take it while breastfeeding either.

    Hand washing and avoiding touching your face is probably the best defense.

    Airborne is MUCH more than "just Vitamin C"  It is not safe for pregnacy, but I believe it is for breastfeeding.
