what are you wearing to your shower?

i planned on wearing a cute springy dress, but i'm having the hardest time finding one. i want it to be a pattern and to my knees, but nothing. are capris and a nice shirt ok too? my shower's in the middle of april, so the weather will be touch and go here.

To my 1st shower, I'm going to wear a casual gray dress with black leggings underneath so that I don't flash anyone while straddling gifts. And black flip flops... very Paris in the summer!

To my 2nd, I'm wearing my ON mat maxi dress.

I think capris and a shirt is fine!! I got one of those cute Old Navy dresses and I found a way cute scarf at Macy's and some sassy heels to match (thank goodness I'll be sitting most of the time)

I just ordered this dress. If I have a shower, it will be a surprise, so I'm not sure if I will be able to wear it to the shower or not, but I was really feeling the need for something pretty that I could fit into these days!

A green polka dot dress from Macy's (Motherhood carries it as well) to one, and an aqua button down with khakis to another.

Good luck - I hate shopping for maternity clothes!

At first, I planned to wear a dress. After actually trying them on and looking like I was wearing a trash bag, I decied to wear pants or capris. I bought a cute capri/ short sleeve shirt set from MM. Now I hear it may only be 53 the day of my shower, so I need to change it up.

I tried on this one at the store. It is much more pink in person, but it was cute! I ended up getting this one in the end though -- I needed something in a stretchy knit fabric for my body type.

Because I have issues sitting like a lady... and have my theighs spred open all the time (probably what started all this) I have decided against a dress. I have picked capris and cute spring like top and either flats or flip flops.

Everyone suggested pants, said i'd be more comfortable when opening gifts. I have a pair of brown and then wearing a pink tank top w/ an op[en cardigan from Motherhood. It's a pretty 3/4 bell slv, marled pinks, browns etc. It looked good and felt "trend right". I would have worn a maxi dress, but they didn't have anything there and my ON order won't arrive on time. Mine is next w/e in New England so, most likely it will be cold:(

No idea and my shower is Saturday! I'm going shopping tonight for a cute spring top or sweater/sweater set. I'm definitely going to wear pants because I don't want to show off my newly formed cankles!

I really wanted to wear a dress but 1, I have yucky cankles & 2, I didn't want to flash the crowd while opening gifts. I ened up finding a long dress from Target. I love it!
