Drop ins Question

How do you get 8 oz without using the expandable drop ins?  I know when I buy the inserts at BJs it says 8oz. - is that filling them all the way to the top?!

    I've wondered this too.  I buy the Target brand drop ins and they're supposed to hold 8 oz but they're full with 5 oz.  Also, even when I used the Playtex drop-ins that came with our bottles, the ounces didn't line up.  Like, I put in 5 oz measured in another container, and it came up to the 7 oz line on the bottle.  Who knows!

    I stopped using them for this reason.  I couldn't figure it out and I was too lazy to try so I switched to the Ventaires.

    I use these and just fill to the line on the bottle for expandable drop ins

    I use the Target liners and just fill to the 5oz line on the bottle for the 8oz liners.  The liners should have the ounces marked on it also.

    I am so glad you posted this!  I tried the Playtex drop ins this week and was lost on why in the world the measurements weren't right.  At least now I know I'm not the only one!  lol
