Hi everyone,
?? ?I know I am supposed to be on a bump break, but I need some help. ?Please look at my chart and tell me if it looks anovulatory to you. ?The latest I have ever O'd is CD 20 and now it's CD 23 and my temps are much lower than normal. ?I've never had an anovulatory cycle so I don't know what that's supposed to look like. ?I haven't really been tracking my CM and BDing because we are on a break this month, but I don't think I've seen much fertile CM.?
My LP question: ? My luteal phase seems to be getting shorter and shorter. ?It went from 16 days three months ago to 14 days two months ago to 12 days last cycle. ?Has this happened to anyone? ?I think I read somewhere that LP lengths aren't supposed to vary too much if at all.
Thanks!?
Re: Ovulation and LP question
It looks probably anovulatory so far, with the possibility that you O'd yesterday or today depending on whether your temps rise from there.?
I am really not sure about the LP question. It isn't supposed to vary more than 1-2 days as far as I know. But I think after a miscarriage it can take a while for your cycle to sort itself out... sorry I do not not recall when your loss was.
Don't give up on your chart yet! Last cycle I o'd 13 days later than usual. I was convinced that I was having my first anovulatory cycle ever, but that ended up not being the case. By your recent temp dip, there is a strong possibility that you just o'd or are gearing up to.
Also - my LP length varies +/- 2 days each cycle... not sure why that happens, but I know you and I are not the only ones this happens to! As long as my LP stays longer than 10 days, I'm not too worried. (My RE has studied my charts and was not alarmed by the variation in LP lengths.)
GL to you!
I have had a lot of variation in my luteal phase and O days. I'll show you my chart. My m/c was in November and I had variation before and since then.

Edited to add I wish I had continued to have sex when I thought I had an anovulatory cycle in the past. Hopefully this month is my lucky month though!
