We have a BABY and HEARTBEAT!!!

AAAH! I am so relieved and excited and happy! We saw the heartbeat and the little peanut was measuring 3 mm, so they put me back to 6 weeks. I don't know how I'm 10 days off...that is a late ovulation...but at this point I so do not care! I'm just excited to be having this baby and that everything is okay! The heartbeat was 103, which I thought was low, but they said was fine.

I also asked about the genetic issues and my doctor assured me that since my homocysteine levels are normal, I am considered a normal risk pregnancy and only need extra folic acid supplements. YAY!

I don't think I've EVER been so happy in my life!!! Off to change my ticker...

Congratulations! That's terrific! Don't worry about the low-ish heart rate. If you're six weeks it probably just started beating recently and that's why it's still low. When I had my first ultrasound with my son, his was only 74 and must have JUST started beating!

That's so great to hear!!!

Congrats!!! I know it makes you feel more at ease. I know when I got to see my little bean at 5weeks and then again at 6weeks(boyfriend got to see sonogram) and hear the heart beat, it was crazy and so reassuring. So I know the feeling.
