do you always do BCP for IVF?
If this month's IUI is a bust (I am totally getting ahead of myself since I am only on CD 7 here!) is there any chance we could move to an IVF cycle next month? Or does everyone have to do BCP before?

It depends on your protocol. If you have suppression issues or POF, then you probably won't need it. Otherwise, I would almost bet you will.
Not always. I didn't have to, but I think most people do. It probably depends on the specifics of your situation.
Hopefully your IUI will work and this will be a non-issue
