Yeah I had cramps around 15 weeks. ?I remember I was really scared but I was told as long as there isn't any bleeding or anything along with it not to worry, it's normal.
I was very crampy around then too. My book says it's normal and that it's just my belly stretching.
My doctor also said not to be to concerned with cramping unless there is spotting or bleeding, but if your really worried call your doctor and explain to them exactly what/where you feel it.
But my opinion, I wouldn't worry.
Also, I get really crampy when i am constipated. Sorry if tmi.
I had some pretty bad cramps when I was around 15 weeks, maybe a little further. I actually closed my office door to lay down, and within minutes they were gone. Of course as soon as I would sit/stand back up they would come back. It lasted for several hours. I had a doctor appt several days later, and he said as long as there was no bleeding not to worry.
"You're gonna miss this
You're gonna want this back
You're gonna wish these days hadn't gone by so fast..."

I would call the doctor and let them know, they might want you to come in and get checked out just incase.?
Hope everything is ok.....?
