Prenatal Yoga in South OC?

I'm interested in trying this out.  Anyone do it and can recommend a place?

(Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo Area...Costa Mesa would be okay too since I work there)

    I've been going to the Prenatal yoga class at Yogaworks in Mission Viejo- it's off La Paz, about a mile east of the 5.  The classes are Monday nights and Thurs. mornings, and the instructor Linda is great!

    Agree with LMBESQ. I went to Yogaworks in MV (LaPaz and Margueritte), Linda is an awesome instructor as she is a mid-wive too so she has good knowledge and could help answer lots of pregnancies question.

    She even predicted that I will go to labor soon by looking at me, sure enough- the class was on Monday night and I gave birth on Tuesday night (in labor since Tuesday morning) :)

    Prenatal Yoga really helps me with my pregnancy aches etc, especially going into 5 months and up.
