I was always under the impression that one cup is ok. It was when I was PG although I didn't drink it because it made me sick. I only drink one cup, rarely have soda, don't drink tea and maybe a little chocolate. WDYD?
I have a cup of coffee every morning. I did while I was pregnant, too. I don't really drink any more caffeine than that. Every once in a while I may have a diet coke in the afternoon, but I basically weaned myself from all caffeine but the morning cup of joe when I got pregnant. I think it's totally fine.
I basically avoided / avoid all caffein. My doctor recommended that, and although I was used to drinking a shot of espresso each morning, I figured giving it up was for a good cause. Now, I have decaf teas, no sodas, no chocolate
I had almost none during both my pregnancies. I had some every day I think while I was nursing ds1, but this time a lc told me that it takes twice as long for caffeine to leave the nursed infant's body than the mother's so I've been all but avoiding it this time. But that's just me.
I didn't drink anything caffeinated while pregnant. PP, I started by drinking tea to see if DD would tolerate it. Thankfully she did. I usually drink 1 large coffee in the morning (16- 20 oz) and either drink 1 cup of tea OR 1 soda in the afternoon.
I had one cup of coffee when pregnant (my heartburn wouldn't allow any more than that). Now, I have one cup in the morning, sometimes one in the afternoon. It doesn't seem to affect DS.
I've always had half caff and no one was bothered by it. I stopped drinking coffee when I was pg with my twins but needed the pick me up after they were born. My infant son is also unaffected by it.
I've been having a couple of 1/2-caf cups a day since I had DS.

I drink 1-2 cups a day (and sometimes a caffeinated soda too). I didn't drink coffee during 1st tri because it quit tasting good, but 2nd tri I had it occasionally and was back to almost every day during 3rd tri. I don't see any effect on DD now.
