I ordered the Britax blvd 6 days ago and all I have received is an email notifying me that my cc was accepted.  Their customer service is only available by email (I have emailed them today) so I cannot call.  The customer service replied saying they would respond by 24 hours, but I keep getting more curious.  I did notice that the blvd is now sold out in every color except the flower one, so someone is oredering from them.Tongue Tied  Has anyone ordered anything from them recently and recieved it?

    I think the website has claimed ch 11 bankruptcy.  Its on their website.  I think the stores may stay open though.  I feel like its legit, but it seems like my order is taking a long time.  They have some great deals and I couldn't pass up the Britax deal.

    It took my online order almost 2 weeks to get to me.  I have a store right by my house and of the 30 original nationwide stores, only 10 are still open.  They are liquidating their merchandise.  The website is selling out their stock and then they are going to close down the website as well.  The 10 remaining stores are in limbo at the moment. 

    I did receive a shipping confirmation email but the tracking never worked.   My order arrived today.  I wasn't too concerned because I've always had great customer service from them.  Hang in there...it'll come!

    My DH and I have a Boulevard in our car, and when I was in the store last week I picked up a floor model of the Diplomat..on sale already, then the whole store is 20% off, plus I got an additional 20% off of the floor model (it's for my mom's car).  They have some amazing deals right now..  I will be SO sad if this store goes out of business!!
