ok...i peeked...

at my registries. my shower is this saturday and i am curious to see what people are buying...DH tells me i am ruining the suprise, but, it's not like i know who got it for me! Big Smile

    That's what my DH said when I did it this weekend.  We only got 3 things by then but I was really happy to see that people were using it.  We have our shower this weekend.  I wonder if I'll get them at this shower or the other shower I'm having.

    I peeked.  Only 6 items ever came off of it, but it turns out people just don't care to have your registry scanned to have things taken off.  I was worried people weren't going to come!

    Peek?? I check it about 2x a day:-)  I agree, you don't know who got it and the way I look at it, my surprise and excitement is lasting longer because I am thrilled everytime I looked versus only on that day:-)  Plus, and I don't mean this in a greedy or snotty way, but then I will know if we will not be receiving something that we really need so we can go buy it.

    girls! we're supposed to check it... that way you can add or change based on what's left! you should always have about 3 items per person for the number of people invited to your showers... and if you find out there's another shower, you get to register for more things if needed.

    case in point, i thought i was only having one shower and maybe a little one for work... turns out DH is also getting one for his work (but that's a surprise for him) and I needed to add more stuff...
