I never complain about pain but WTF is this pain?

I may have mentioned it before but today is the worst. 

I have a sharp pain on the top of my belly always on the right side.  I have had it awhile (maybe 2 months) but it has never been this bad.  It hurts and burns when I bend over, sit, stand.  I am not usually one to call my doc. but should I?  Do you think it could be a foot?

    It's possible it's a foot, but it's also possible its just your uterus growing. 

    I'd call your doctor just to be on the safe side.

    I've had the same pain today but on the left side.  And I just thinking it was the way the baby is positioned.  I plan asking the dr tmw about it.  But if its worrysome for you, you should call.  Better to call, then to sit and worry.

    Is it like a burning/ripping pain? It could also be from your abdominal muscles separating as well...

    I've had this on my left side... awful.  Hurts worse when baby moves to that side.  I asked the Dr, they said it's normal..

    Yep - I have it too, on my left side.  Doc said it was normal yesterday.  It was likely to be the rib that was being stretched or a foot pushing an organ.  On Saturday, I pushed down on that area - and was kicked!
