list of ?s for dr...

in 1st Trimester

Did anyone make a list to bring with them on their first u/s visit? care to share?

I think maybe I should do this in case I forget something, but everytime I go to write a list out, I get one or two things on paper and forget the rest I was thinking about Stick out tongue

    I'm in the process of making a list.  I recommend keeping the list with you so that as you think of things you can write them down.  Maybe keep it in your purse or on your desk at work?

    I didn't make a list, and I should have.  I was actually surprised, my husband had more questions than I did.  This coming from a guy who has no desire to pick up a pregnancy book.  I was sort of pre-occupied and wasn't taking in everything that the Dr. was saying... all I wanted to do was stare at the picture on the screen.

    I am making a list. I have right next to my computer. I actually left it there because, like you, I would forget the third time I wanted to write by the time I wrote the first...

    I made one for my "doctor confirmation appointment" with my family doctor (I had 4 BFP at home and went in for blood wrk to confirm) and then forgot it at home. Dunce. I will remember to take it to my 1st actual appointment with my OB though.

    Maybe we could share some of the questions in case we all haven't thought of something:

    I heard you can take tums for the constant indigestion/nausea... I would like to know if that's true.

    I keep a mini pad and pen in my purse and write things down when they pop into my mind. At my next appt I'm going to ask if hair dye is ok. I've read various things and just want to know what my OB thinks. I also want to talk to her about the NT scan. Again, I've read info on the internet but would like her information.
