I have had a headache everyday since I hit my Second trimester from the moment I wake up in the AM. Any ideas what it could be? or How do get rid of them?
This is pretty normal in second tri. I used Exedrin Extra Strength and that worked. Mine are gone now but I think other than the meds, try drinking plenty of water.

I'd blame hormones. Tylenol hasn't helped me in the least. I've just tried to lay still in a dark room with a cold washcloth on my head. Sometimes eating a little something will help, too.
I had tried everything - stretching, deep breathing, water, tylenol, caffeine...nothing worked. Then someone posted something last week about masturbating and/or sex and it did the trick!
Sounds normal for 2nd Tri. I had daily headaches until about 18 weeks I think they tappered off. I just used Tylenol. Some girls suggested drinking something with caffeine when you take it or drink a gatorade (never tried that one). Also make sure you're drinking lots of water - dehydration can cause headaches.
Where are your headaches located? Mine have been from sinus pressure and are right in the middle of my face. A little caffeine or some nose spray usually help.
Last week I feel asleep in the car for an hour and got a headache on the back of my head/neck from sleeping funny. A nice shoulder rub from DH did the trick on that one

I should be a doctor for godsake (I'm going for a PhD in Math if it's any consolation).
My regimen is as follows (I'm a regular migraine sufferer):
1. Eat something 2. Drink something (even if you don't want to) 3. Exercise (even if it's just for a quick, brisk walk outside) 4. Sex and/or masturbation (even if you don't want to)
Sometimes it's ok to just lay down for a little bit, even if you just woke up. If it's mid-day, take a quick power nap. If you just woke up, just take a few extra minutes to relax in bed...maybe eat, then relax in bed. I personally shy away from sex or masturbation in the morning because it makes me sleepy.

Good luck
