Anyone Puree Ground Beef?

DS does not do well with real "solids" yet, and is still on purees.  Anyone try this?

    I did ground turkey. I cooked it in boiling water then used some of the cooking water when pureeing.

    Not for my baby, but when I was a bartender at Applebees years ago, an older woman who couldn't eat solids came in and asked for a cheeseburger in the blender.  Bun, mayo, ketchup, and all!

    that is so gross! but its gotta suck not being able to eat real food!
