I have everything on my list but am yet to put it in a bag. I'll probably start in the next couple of weeks although my LO is breech and i'll be referred next week if she hasn't turned on her own.
I haven't yet. And considering I had DD at 36 weeks, I'm surprised at myself. I have a pile of stuff, though....clothes for me and baby's coming home outfit.
It's an ongoing process for me/us. I bought $3 pajama pants off the clearance rack at Target so I could have something of my own and not care if they got wrecked, so I put those in right away. I also put in socks, flip flops and a few other things I knew I'd want but that I wouldn't need before then.
I put the baby's clothes in there this past weekend and some boxers for DH. Oh, and the camera (so I wouldn't forget).
I have a few things left to add, but DH wanted me to have it packed in case I go early (so cute!). All I have to put in is my toothbrush, chapstick, kleenex and some tank tops.

This is what I did ^ I had everything, but didn't actually pack it until last weekend.
One thing I've done (and will hopefully find helpful later) is make a list of what needs to be added last-minute (glasses, cell phone chargers, etc.). A lot of the key things aren't items I can't have sitting in a bag for weeks, since I use them daily.
36 weeks. I thought doing it before then was too early but I'd suggest doing it around then if you can (although its a pain in the arse to not have those items readily available on a daily basis) b/c I started going into labor at 36W (ended up stopping after many hours) and DH had to frantically pack everything while I was in pain and contracting.
I couldn't think of what to tell him I needed and he was running around like a chicken with his head cut off worried about what to take/not to take. Trust me, you don't want your DH trying to decide things like which undies you want to wear home from the hospital. LOL.
At my 34 week appointment my Dr. said I should get packed and do any last minute pre-baby things, so I packed that night (2 weeks ago).
I have put extra things in and removed things since then. I also don't have a good going home outfit for him. I just haven't found one that I like that will fit (who needs a 12month sized going home outfit). Is it bad to bring them home in just a Diaper?
Re: when did you pack for the hospital?
I haven't packed anything yet, but I think I'm going to be working on that next.
I think its coming to terms with the fact he's coming soon, that stalls my packing capabilities.

Im terrible...Ill pack at 32 weeks. I guess all my friends early labors have scar'ed me.....
But then again I am a planner. It wont hurt to have a bag ready to go. Then again I hope he stays in there for at least 40 weeks!
