DH temporarily lost his mind.

We were talking about how we should tell his parents and DH thought it would be "cute" to show them my pee stick.

He didn't initially get my swift veto.

    I would not want to do that.  But I am a huge party pooper in that I don't get the whole "tell our family in a cutesy way" thing.  We just told.  They were happy.  The end.

    But as far as cutesy announcements go, this isn't cute.  A HPT is okay to share with your H, that's it.  Otherwise, it's yuck.

    One of the guys I coach with went digging in my school bag for a pen and came up with my pee stick. It wasn't cute. Thankfully the kids around us had no idea what it was.

    My former boss showed me her fresh pee stick after taking a test in the office.   Really not cute.

    I left mine on the kitchen table for less than 24 hours and DH very politely asked if I could move it.  I kind of forgot about it there, but I get mad when DH splashes on the toilet seat so I get the icky factor of the HPT.
