  I had this and was diagnosed with pregnancy-induced Carpal Tunnel.  I would just mention this at your next visit.

  its carpal tunnel and pretty normal in pregnancy.

  I debated whether or not to even mention this but I will--mine went away after DS was born, but I'm having symptoms again only this time with pain, too (just started in the past month).  I don't know if pregnancy was the gateway to carpal tunnel hell or if I was just destined to have it either way.  I am going to pick up some braces this week to see if that helps.
