I would agree with you, but I asked my OB about it (I actually like ab work - it's the only thing that keeps my stomach toned) - she said you can do abs up to like, 20 weeks or so. I was surprised, but it makes sense - your ab muscles aren't connected in any way to baby.
I like that I dont feel pressure to have crazy intense workouts everytime. I can just take it easy now! Nice break after being a gym rat for 9 months before my wedding.
I was just starting to really work out before we found out I was pregnant, so toning it down is ncie since I never got used to it the other way I try to at least walk on the treadmill every day and feel accomplished.
Ditto all of the lazy posts. I have been soooooooooo tired lately. Plus it's taking me longer to get through my to-do list at work, so I'm getting out later. So yeah, I haven't been to the gym in a few weeks, though my gym bag is under my desk ready to go!
"For a long time there were only your footprints & laughter in our dreams & even from such small things, we knew we could not wait to love you forever."
one of my favorite parts is not having to suck in! Not that I'm always walking around sucking in.. but you know what I mean.. later on, you can just let it all hang out!!! LOL That was nice
