anyone have this stroller

i will also post in 0-6m.

DH really like this stroller and i would too if it wasnt for the if-y reviews. thought i would get your opinions.

    My BFF just got this stroller...I thought I read somewhere that it isn't really a good choice for newborns due to the lack of support.

    This is the one I am registered for.  I don't own it yet, but I read the reviews and all the negative reviews were about problems from people using the stroller incorrectly (not locking the front wheel).  I posted this on 0-6 a few weeks ago and everyone who responded said it was a good stroller.

    It says recommended age range of 12-24 months.  You're not looking for a system for a newborn?

    i didnt even notice that!! i wonder why it has a newborn carseat!! most children are out of that type of carseat by 12 months arent they?

    Maybe the 12-24 month recommendation is for actually sitting in the jogger itself? They wouldn't have an infant carseat and then recommend 12 months.

    This is also one of the joggers we are looking at...

    I have this system and so far I have no complaints.  we have only pushed it around with my toy poodle in it but it seems like it is going to be great.

    Are making this your main stroller? Or just your jogging stroller?   I have now 3 strollers (I have a 2 year old) and a baby can go into a jogger for light walks, but it is not the ideal.  If you go to the actual baby trend website, you will see the manual for the stroller and it will say that an infant can go in the stroller with the car seat, but you should not do any jogging.

    I have the stroller and love it. I dont have the car seat though so I cant speak to that.  I believe the age restriction is just if you plan to use just the jogging stroller without the seat.  Obviously, if you can put the car seat in there, you can use it with a newborn. 

    The stroller has held up well to my son and I just purchased the double for when our twins arive.
