Worst Pregnancy Brain Moment?

A few weeks ago, my DH and I had gone out the evening before, and I usually lock my purse in the trunk if I know he has his wallet so that I don't have to lug it around. Well, the next morning, after he left for work, I freaked out b/c I couldn't find my purse, and my keys for work (very important since I work in a bank) were in it.

To make matters worse, he was going to a meeting and couldn't be reached, so I called my boss to let her know I would be late, and frantically left (I keep car keys and work kets separate). I was going to go drive around the conference center's parking lot to find my car!

Once I got about 10 minutes down the road (and onto the highway where you can only turn around at exits) I started visualizing asking him to open the trunk when we got home the night before, and hanging my purse on the stairrail. So, I turned around and drove back home, to find my purse hanging right on the end post of the stairs. (Which face the front door...) I literally looked right at it as I was leaving!

 

Um, yeah. The Bump be too crazy for pics of my kid.

    I couldn't find the phone. 

    I was talking on it at the time, telling my mother how Kate took the phone and now I can't find it and the base shows it's "In Use" and who knows who she called?

    Yeah....it was "In Use" because I was on it....talking to my mother and telling her how I couldn't find the phone.  

    In my defense, my mother was giving me suggestions of where to look....it didn't dawn on her either that I was ON the phone.

    I paid for my dry cleaning and walked out with out it. The lady had to chase me down in the parking lot. Then, I lost my car in the faculty parking lot. The lot literally has about 30 spots, and I could not for the life of me find my car. The girls I carpool with found it rather humorous. It's just silly little things, but they get annoying after a while.

    I would do that not pregnant!  I can't think of anything other than trying to make an appt. with the pediatrician and completely blanking on her birthdate.  I had to go through the months out loud until I got to November to remember.

    i forgot my zip code. ?we're trying to sell our house and the real estate agent i was talking to asked me for my zip code to send us some info and i went utterly blank so i made one up. ?

    i called my mom today and forgot to wish her a happy birthday. ?she was like "so don't you have something to say to me" and i was like "um...what?" lol. ?the sad part was that i was filling out her birthday card while talking to her. ?yup.

    I forgot my socks on the coldest day of the month in February.  I was fully dressed for work and didn't realize I wasn't wearing socks until I got in.

     

    And my phone went through the wash on Friday, the first time I've ever ruined a phone.
