  So far I have learned:

  Inseminations won't be covered for me since I don't have a diagnosis of infertility. ?Boston IVF and RSC both seem to build their pricing based on insurance coverage. I found Alternative Insemination Center of Greater Boston AlCGB which is less than half the cost, perhaps because it is geared to lesbians who are less likely to have the IUI's covered by insurance. ?

  The midwives at AICGB are associated with the Midwives of Mt. Auburn (MOMA) which is one of the possiblities for my prenatal care.

  Still struggling to narrow down the list of 12 donors, who are spread among a bunch of different banks.?
