Feeling movment from the outside?

This is my second pregnancy so you would think I would know this, but I can't remember!  How far along were you when you felt the baby move from the outside?  I have been feeling movment for a few weeks now, but only from the inside.  At my big u/s a week ago they said I had a low lying placenta so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

It is amazing what you forget from pregnancy to pregnancy!

    I felt kicks from the outside as of last week, so 18 weeks?

    I have a low lying placenta as well.  I was able to feel outside kicks around week 19/20.  At that time I only felt the outside kicks when I was laying on my back.

    i am not feeling kicks on the inside consistently~ only once in a while (and usually when my bladder is full)... so i am guessing that i will be later feeling kicks on the outside~

    a fellow pregnant friend of mine said she started feeling them around 30 weeks from the outside~

    so it really depends on your body statue (if you have cushion on the outside, then it will take longer to feel kicks)...

    I am just starting to feel him from the outside but it's very faint. DH still cannot feel it. I hope he does in the next week !

    I was 20 weeks when DH felt the first kick. I was more like 30 with my DD

    I was 19 weeks and now I can see it move from the outside too.

    I felt her move from the outside on Saturday night, after having some sweet tea with dinner.  That was 18W4D, laying down, completely still.  I was hoping DH could feel her too, but she stopped kicking as soon as he put his hand on my belly :(
