  I personally love the Migi pinwheel for a girl rather than a boy.  We are having a little girl and our walls are actually that exact color that is shown.  I think it is very peaceful and beautiful.  Just think of the girly accents you could add...

  Here's a room on ohdeedoh that uses blue for a girl. ?I just think if you paint it blue you need to bring in some more feminine accent colors...such as yellow or pink or lavender. ?I think the yellow would be great. ?And I agree from above, girlish accent pieces will make no one question the blue.
