  Garden Ridge has a great variety of shagy rugs. We purchased a small chocolate brown one for in front of the crib. It was only like $20.

  Old Time Pottery, Garden Ridge, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Target, WMart....all options. I would never buy a rug full price from PB either...I got a great one for our foyer from the PB outlet, so you may want to check if you have one close by.

  Since you're in Houston, check out the PB outlet at San Marcos.  I was there last summer...it was heaven.  You might find what you're looking for.
