Q2: I do plan to make a few things and freeze. I am looking for ideas and recipes. I did a google search and got a few things. I will freeze things in tupperware and some of my casserole dishes.
Q3: I am off this week for spring break(I teach), so I am getting together with my girl friends for brunch and pedicures. It should be fun!

Q1: I'm so bad about posting on the updates, it's been awhile! No real news, baby boy is still Breech. The doctor may do an u/s on Tuesday to see exact positioning.

1) My shower is next weekend and I have my parents and some oot guests coming later this week:)
2) My plan is to try to make a few meals to freeze, but I am thinking we will probably stock up on meats/veggies, etc. and just throw stuff on the grill often as well - easy to make and clean up.
3) No. We usually woop it up - LOVE st. patty's but not this year.

I had my last monthly appointment this past Thursday, so now I'll be going every 2 weeks. I passed my one-hour glucose screening with a level of 86...sweet! I got my Rhogam shot, too, since my blood type is O negative. My fundal height measured 29.0 cm so baby and I are right on track.

No, DH and I don't plan on freezing meals ahead of time. I read a post a while back about someone who did and was breastfeeding, and her baby had a bad reaction to whatever she used in a lot of her food because it came through her milk so she ended up tossing a lot of food. I don't want that to happen! We are also moving this summer, so we don't want to "stock pile" any food.
We'll probably eat a lot of pasta and marinara sauce like in the good ol' college days.
Lipton pasta and rice sides are also quick and easy to make...they cost $1 each, cook in about 15 minutes from start to finish, and they are plenty for a meal. We'll make it work!

Sadly no...in the past we used to go drink green beer. It will probably just be like any other day for us.

We finally decided on a name for our little man. It only took us 7 months. I have to go back to have another 3hr. GTT and I have iron deficiency anemia. I now have appointments every 2 weeks because of this.

I really haven't thought much of it. I most likely will do this.

I have to work, we'll have a little celebration at school for the kids in class.
1) I met my new doctor finally and had a "transfer" appointment
2) Probably not freeze meals my hubby is a good cook and we will have family in

I have tons of recipes that I've got stored up that I know freeze well and a few new ones. I've also taken to looking up slow cooker recipes so that I can throw something on in the am and it'll be ready by the time DH gets home!

Our normal tradition is to hit the parade (& drink of course!) The parade was yesterday and we had our maternity pics so we couldn't make it. first year i've missed in a while. but it'll be ok, we'll have plenty of years to take our LO!

I'm going to make up a TON of spaghetti sauce and put it into jars - it keeps forever if you put it in the jar hot and then put it in the fridge right away. That way we can put together a quick spaghetti dinner or lasagne with little effort. I'll start cooking it around 38 weeks (after I'm done with finals). I haven't decided if I'm going to prep anything else ahead. DH is a decent cook, so I'm not too worried. Besides, there's always the pre-made stuff from Costco or take-out.
Q3:(Non-Pregnancy Related): Have any St. Patrick's day plans? Nada
1. No updates at the moment.
2. ?I was thinking I would make a few meals in advance, chicken & dumplings, spaghetti, some kind of stew; but DH is a chef and does most of the cooking anyway (I can't get him out of the kitchen most of the time even when I'm cooking). We'd probably have a few frozen pizzas or something, too.
3. Only wearing green to work.
Q1: Nothing new - I *think* my last day of work before Maternity Leave will be April 9th - not sure -
Q2: Don't know - maybe some - I know i will be making some crockpot stuff - which I won't freeze - maybe some lasagna/chilli/etc.
Q3: Eating Corned Beef, Cabbage & Potatoes at home!

Just getting bigger and bigger. Finally started cravings...all I want to eat are sweets.

Yes. I will start during week 38. I will make chilli and some casseroles and freeze them. Also buy already made lasagna for an easy meal.

I plan to just take it one day at a time-- DH usually cooks anyway!

If not, what is your plan for meals once you return from delivery? Yes. I get one of those 30 minute meal magazines in the mail that has great recipes for things to freeze. So when I am making dinner now I just make a double batch and freeze it in the extra freezer we have.
