Who sees Dr. Cutler?

Happy Sunday morning, girls.

I know that several of you recommend her, as does one of my best friends.

I'm only 4 wks 4 days, just wondering how early she might see me.

I'm worried that being a new patient, it might take awhile to "get in."

Did anyone just begin seeing her when they found out they were pregnant? If so, when did you get in? I'm really obsessed with this, I don't know why.

Re: Who sees Dr. Cutler?

  • I don't see Dr. Cutler, but most doctor's won't see you until you are at least 8 weeks, some not until 12 weeks. I would go ahead and call to set up the appointment now.

  • I agree call Monday for an appointment. Most OBs do not have you come in until 6 weeks (that is the policy of my OB's office) at the earliest and as MrsC said many have you wait until 8-12 weeks for the first appointment unless there are issues/concerns.  But, saying that most offices leave a certain amount of OB appointments open and so it is different(read easier) to get in as a new OB appointment then it is to get in as a new GYN appointment.

  • I have Dr. Cutler and LOVE her! She's great and very friendly. I'd call as soon as possible to schedule the appointment but I didn't get an appointment until around 8 weeks pregnant.
