So I just did day 2 of the 30 day shred and I am seriously questioning the money that I am spending with my personal trainer. I hurt just as much after 20 mins with the video as I do after 1 hour with a trainer...Wonder why this is??
I was pretty impressed with it too. I consider myself to be in good shape and I still felt it the next day - that usually doesn't happen with workout tapes.
I've heard great things about it. Im currently following the work out routine in her "Making the Cut" book. But there are a few exercises that require gym equipment and I canceled my gym membership. Even skipping those exercises, I am always sore!
