  no....it's not just you...i am the same way, and i'm not even pregnant so i can't blame it on my hormones!!!  i think reading about somebody else's experience exposes you to all sorts of emotions and feelings you didn't know you had!  I love to read them though, and some of them are down-right hilarious!!  I'll tell ya after reading them, i'll think a thing or two about epidurals and the such...i think when me and DH do get pregnant (just started TTC), we will opt for the natural way, god willing! Anyhoo, just wanted to let you know that you are not alone!

  It is definitely not just you! I come to this board every few days while I'm bored at work. Now I know I need kleenex before reading them because I cry ( a lot) every time I read them!

  OMG yes! This is my first time reading these stories, and I'm at work. And boy was this a mistake. I'm not even pregnant yet (this is my 8th cycle trying) and these stories are making me cry sitting here at my desk. So no it's not hormones making you cry. Except for the usual hormones all of us women have. I need to stop reading these stories until I'm home from work tonight!

  I cry at pretty much everyone!  I never thought birth stories would get me!  But all these do!

  i'm not pregnant either and i cry every time i read one. esp the stories where the husbands are right by their side the whole time, i guess its because i know that mine will be like that for me one of these days.
