Baby acne... when does it go away? :o(

Poor baby! It looks so bad so I hope it doesn't hurt! It has come in the past week... when will it clear up????

    DS has it too. I try to keep soap with fragrances off his face, as I find it irritates his skin more. I here they can have it on and off up to 6 months.

    I have put nothing on her face but a wet wash cloth ! Poor thing!

    DD's cleared up in less than a month. We only wash her face with water.
