ow! 

I just got the DVD from Netflix and it's pretty good.  I don't usually think work out videos are very good, but this one got me going for sure and I consider myself pretty well in shape.  

Thought I'd let you guys know since I know a few people have been asking about it.

    I'm scared it will cripple me but I just added it to my Netflix, lucky me it's a "short wait". Guess I can't put off my flabby gut forever.

    Do you have cable?  If you "on demand" in the fitness section you can get the 30 days shred Level 1 and 2 FREE!  

    I've done 9 days.  After the first 4 days I wasn't sore anymore.  Today I am super sore  because I did level 2 and then walked 2 miles a few hours later.  Best work out video I've done.  I think I've lost about a lb.

    We have directv and I'm sure could find it on there, but we also have a handy DVD copier so I can make me very own copy. Shhhh.

    LOL @ the DVD copier.  I should pay you something and have you send it to me. When I go visit my mom they have DISH and it doesn't have an "on demand" feature. So I won't be able to do it.  I don't want to shell out the cost of the DVD.

    I am on day 3 and really sore when I did it today but it is a really great focused workout, I can see and feel it working!
