Having an emotional day :(

My baby is 8 months old today! For some reason this feels like he is way older than 7 months, but of course its only been a month. I just cant believe how big he is getting and how fast he is developing. I saw my friend yesterday with her 1 month old, and she is soo tiny! Please tell me I'm not the only one who is still getting emotional over this stuff... :)

    I feel ya! I'm trying to treasure every single minute of Isabelle being small. Although after seeing 8 week old Holden the other day, Isabelle hardly seems small.

    I feel that way all the time.  I try to just be proud of the great boy he's becoming, but knowing that my baby is gone makes me super sad sometimes - especially since we aren't going to have any more kids.

    TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

    Aww, that's sweet!  Yes I know exactly how you feel, and there is definitely something about that 7-8 month time, it seemed like Mikayla's first 6 months went relatively slow then BAM it started going so fast.  She's so different now and learning new things, it makes you want to slow it all down before it passes by!

    I feel that way all the time, but at the same time its so much fun to see Cruz learn new things.  I think the hardest time for me is when I started telling people he was X months old instead of weeks!

    Nathan was 7 months yesterday and it was tough!  Maybe I should start saying he's 30some weeks to make him seem younger?

    I tell my kids almost everyday they aren't allowed to grow anymore. My kids are old enough to tell me they can't stop. It is like a little game but they have no clue how bittersweet it is for me see them get bigger.?
