Lost weight

Last Doc. Appointmen the Doc got really upset that i gained 9 LBS in the month.  So, I made sure that I was careful, and excersized more. 

So, this month I lost 5 LBS.  Whooo!  Feels great.  But still mad at the doc for making me feel so freaking bad last time.  He was harsh.

    Wow. . . I didn't know pregnant women were actually supposed to lose weight! Shame on your doctor for making you feel that way!

    Doctors suck.  I've realised this recently!  Two appointments ago, my doctor spazzed at me for having high sugar and told me I had to follow a GD diet (which I got a WEEK later), then by my last appointment, I had been following the proper diet for 4 days and still had high numbers (so they growled at me about that one to..sending me back into  defeated mode).  The thing is, while I didn't know what to eat for that week and was basically guessing/being overly careful on what to eat, I lost a pound..and I haven't gained that much (surprisingly--probably the first time that's happened in my life!)!

    My doc is always disiplining me too! Its usuaully water weight and by the time I get home that day ive lost 1/2 of it. I understand where they are coming from but really they shouldnt be harsh with pregnant woman feelings and hormones. DH gets so upset because I come home from the doctors saying I am going on a diet! (Not really) but I always feel like I did something wrong!!

    Yea, they are total jerks!!!

    I think they believe we live our lives saying "Haha, this cheese burger will really pi$$ my doctor off".

    Seriously, I'm 31 freaking years old!!!  Do you really think i'm TRYING to get fat!!!???  I care about my baby's health, and my own health....  A$$ hole Doctor.
