I'm at 37 weeks and the last 2.5 days or so have been feeling weird and nauseous off and on. Our little guy is still moving around like crazy, and it seems his movements are more combative/uncomfortable/hurtful at times. The nausea is what is really throwing me off though.
I called the Dr. and talked to the nurse yesterday, and of course she gives me the "Maybe it was something you ate?" (I hate talking to the nurse because I guess she has to assume that everyone is a total moron. I think I'm old enough by now to recognize when I'm nauseous because of something I ate. Not to mention, I had a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. It's not like it was undercooked or something...) and then just told me to monitor it. As long as my water hasn't broken, I'm not spotting, no contractions, and the baby is still moving, there's no reason to be alarmed. I haven't had any Braxton Hicks or any contractions at all, not spotting, no leakage, nada.
Did any of you ladies get nauseous towards the end? I have my weekly appt with the Dr. on Friday, so I'll ask her what the deal is then...but was just curious if anyone else had any weird symptoms. I don't know if maybe it's because the baby has dropped some more, so whatever organs he's pushing on is making me nauseous, or what. I also just have this weird/different feeling.
