Shoe sizing 7 versus 7T

I'm looking at these two pairs of shoes. One is a 7 and one is a 7T.

What is the difference?  Is the size 7 larger?  I am trying to buy online and I have no idea if these will fit him or not.  I printed out the chart and according to it he wears a size 7 or 7.5.  So if I get a 7T will that fit too?

I'm so confused.

Re: Shoe sizing 7 versus 7T

  • A toddler size 7 is different than a kid size 7, so some brands differentiate by adding a T after the size.

The website has both pairs listed under toddler shoes, so I'm sure they're both about the same size -- though there are usually slight differences between brands.
