I am going through my 3rd micscarriage but the first natural one. I had to have a d&e with the other 2. I am just feeling wierd, dizzy, hotflashes....kinda clammy. My bleeding is that of a normal period and no extreme pain other than AF like cramps but I just feel wierd. Did you experience this?? I was thinking crazy hormones but just unsure. I see my Dr tomorrow so I can ask her more about what else to expect. I was only a little over 4 weeks so I wasnt expecting anything other than something like AF. Am I wrong?

Hmm...I would start to feel very crampy just before I was going to pass a lot of tissue, but I don't remember the other symptoms. When I finally passed the sac, I cramped A LOT, and a friend told me it was like "mini labor," but again, it's kind of a blur, so I don't remember other specific symptoms. The dizziness makes me think of losing too much blood, but if it's like a normal period so far, I don't know. Maybe you should call your dr.? Good luck! I hope you're ok.

When I miscarried around 6 wks, I had the same symptoms right before I passed tissue. I had cramps as well, but was feeling really light headed & nauseous. I had these symptoms while I was in the doctor's office, and thought I was going to pass out. My doctor told me that I had just passed tissue. Once I passed the tissue, I started to feel better, but continued to have cramps. Hope this helps & I'm so sorry that you are going through this again!

I'm sorry for your losses. I wish I could give some advice, but I had a D&E and never had a natural miscarriage. In fact, I never really had any major symptoms of a miscarriage. I've read on here that some ladies experience severe cramping, feeling very dizzy and even vomiting. I hope its not too horrible tonight and your dr can give you some answers and maybe some pain meds just in case it gets really bad?

I was dizzy, in a cold sweat, very clammy, vomiting, face chalk white, etc... I also was in a whole lot of pain. I would just have someone - your H - watch you for signs of shock. Try to stay hydrated and rest your body.

I had 3 m/c's as well. They were all different as far as the bleeding and cramping. With the last one, I had bouts of intense pain and I passed tissue. The rest of the time, it was a like heavy AF. I am so sorry for your loss

I did have similar symptoms. I was weak and dizzy and felt like I was running a fevor for a couple days. My bleeding was at least twice that of a normal period and my cramping was much more severe as well. I am sorry to hear about your loss and hope you feel better soon!

I had a natural MC at about 8 weeks. When it started I had no pain at all. ?It took almost 2 straight weeks for the bleeding to stop. ?For the most part it was just like a normal period, but when the tissue would pass there was some severe cramping. ?I remember feeling extremely tired, and very thirsty. ?Crying a lot is a very easy way to dehydrate! ?The hormones ran amok for quite a while. ?Take care of yourself, and make sure your DH keeps an extra close eye on you. ?Call your Dr. if you have any questions or concerns, and make them listen to you. ?Don't let them make you feel like you don't deserve to be seen or treated!
