That's very normal. The fat separates from the other liquid and forms a layer which will stick to the bottle. Just shake it to mix it in or if you going to use it warm it and it will mix in quicker.
that is the fat that has seperated. it is still good. just swirl the bottle - it may take a lot of swirling. or wait until your are ready to use it, and swirl it after you heat it.

Also, you don't "shake" breastmilk. You should swirl it.
