I had a baby there in Dec 06 and Sept 08. I loved my experience there! After DS #1 was born, they sent a questionairre regarding my stay and my experience. I had complaints regarding the communication b/w the nurses and myself regarding DS's diaper output. (very important while bfing to keep track of this to ensure DC is getting colostrum/milk). When they took him for his circ, his hearing test, and other reasons, no one kept track of the diapers, so we didn't know how many he had.....long story short, I complained aobut this, and with my second baby, they had a clipboard with a diaper/feeding chart attached to the bassinett that EVERYONE had to fill out if they changed a diaper. I was VERY impressed that this change was made and felt they really listened to me!

I had my son there in '07. I had a lot of complications during pg, delivery, and pp. They handled them all very well and saved my life. I had a wonderful experience with them and some of the nurses were beyond wonderful!
I had a great, post delivery experience there. My labor experience was not ideal however. I felt like the nurses really neglected us because when other woman were ready to give birth I was left alone and no one answered my pages. I even sent DH out to get a nurse and he couldnt find anyone to help. It was only when my water broke that we got their attention. I did have a good experience with my DR. and OR staff (I had a c/s) and again my experience after she was born was great. Really great nurses up there in the maternity ward!
