bath vs. shower days following IUI

Just a dumb question:

Are there rules to which is ok to take?  A bath or shower in the days that follow an IUI?

 I remember reading a while back, that some girls said their RE's said NO BATHS.  I had never heard this before....

    I was told no baths in the 2ww.

    booo...that sucks.  baths are what relax me, and feel better.  such a bummer. 

    Thanks Babbs. I told DH that I thought I had read not to take a bath during the 2ww, and he goes "just post the damn question" hahah

     I am happy you responded quickly, I told DH, if someone didn't respond soon enough, I was jumpin' into the tub. 

    I hope your doing well...I am waiting for you to post after you u/s this week...thats tomorrow right?? GL!!  ttyl.

    I am in the 2WW after my 1st IUI as well. My nurse said "no baths" as well.

    I looove baths and it relaxes me as well, but it is well worth it to hold out :)
