I struggle with the circles EVERY day! I use Clinique liqid concealer and then use Bare Minerals Well Rested. The Bisque works really well also. You can get them on Ebay.
Bobbi Brown has a super-duty cream/powder combo that will hide the darkest circles. I also use "elf" mineral powder concealer. It's only $5 each and does a very good job without looking cakey like the sticks and creams sometimes can. You can get it (along with other cheap but great stuff) at www.eyeslipsface.com
I use the YSL Radiant Touch Highlighter. It's definitely not cheap, but most of my other makeup is, so that's my one splurge. I've tried everything and this is the only one I've found that works for me.
Re: Concealer for Dark Circles?
Clinique has one that I use everyday. It is the only one that seems ot work for my dark circles.
Bare Minerals "Bisque" is amazing... try it out!
Laura Mercier makes THE best concealers and I think she has a new Eye Primer Concealer that's awesome.?
On the drugstore end, I like Neutrogena as well. ?
