lol when people ask questions and don't have a ticker I don't answer it. I know a ticker doesn't mean anything but it's the way of the bump! ahhh it just drives me nuts!

How about celebrating a countdown to your baby being born - not a countdown to not being PG again. And coupled with a pic of youself running? Nothing about baby. Someone has a long way to go! Enjoy pregnancy as much as you can and embrace it. It goes so fast!

I don't know her name, but I think she has a rude awakening ahead. I feel bad calling her out but it's so shocking that she doesn't realize how selfish it looks. That's the part that gets me.

And since I don't have a ticker, I have a DS who is almost 2 and I am 14 weeks PG, by the way I just don't post much and couldn't get them to come up right. They were little red "x"'s.

I don't have a ticker because I put in all the information and it is saying that I am less far along then my doctor and all my ultrasounds are saying that I am. It is only 5 days off but it drives me crazy! I want the proper credit for how far along I am! I have tried several times and it always says that I am less, I guess I could trick it and change my due date, but I want my due date to be accurate too, I don't know if this is just a glitch that I am experiencing, or if I should be where the bump says but I am just a little bit ahead. I don't know, but let me know what you ladies think and if I can get it to work right I will gladly put a ticker up.

Hmmm, maybe people should be required to have a brain before they post, too? If that were the case, then half of you wouldn't be able to post.

Perhaps, people don't have tickers because they have experienced a loss or two before and don't want to have a ticker as a reminder of that milestone.

I can kind of understand NOT putting one up in the very beginning, however. One may want to hear a heartbeat or have other reassurances before putting one up.

Not everyone enjoys being pregnant. That doesn't mean that she won't enjoy being a mother... or that she'll be a selfish mother. It all depends on what your hobbies were pre-pg. I played soccer and road my mountian bike in my free time... now I get to go on pg speed walks. I'm thrilled to be having a baby, but I miss my hobbies. If she was an avid runner then I'm sure that she does, too. I just think that is an unfair judgement.

the problem i have with my ticker is i like it because i like knowing how far along i am and the development of my baby, but since i cannot carry full term the days to go is off so its frustrating to me. but every situation and person's opinion is different. this is also my first so i am prolly a lil more anal than i should be.

No, I'm not kidding you. I'm just as free to state my opinion as you are. I'm not sure if you read it correctly, but she has a ticker. I do think she looks selfish and it comes across as a very sad thing, IMO. That's the key, IMO. I obviously think very differently of pregnancy and think it's something to cherish and enjoy. I'm sorry you don't.

Also, I work an online business, I know how to copy and paste Obviously you don't have issues with thebump how a lot of us do. It doesn't have anything to do with intelligence. I have activities that I enjoyed before I was a parent and I still enjoy them. There is nothing wrong with that. I just don't look at pregnancy as such an inconvience and a negative thing. That's how it comes across to me.

I hope you don't get so worked up over other small issues on a public forum. It's not that serious to cuss and get all emotional. RELAX! Have a wonderful day!!!
